Returns and Refunds

Changed your mind? Not the flavour you wanted? Not a problem. We will refund your order or items if they are returned unopened, in their original state, within 7 working days.

Please note: you will be fully liable for all courier costs.

   Email us at info@cremesupreme.co.za with the items you wish to return. Also include the banking details the refund should be paid into.

   Courier your order back to Creme Supreme HQ within 7 working days. Creme Supreme is not liable for the loss of or damage to any items during transit.

   Once we have received the items and verified their original state, your refund will be actioned within 7 working days.

All orders are quality checked before dispatch. However, if an item is incorrect or faulty:

   Email us at info@cremesupreme.co.za with supporting photos of the defective item.
2. 2
   We will arrange collection and action a full refund once the item is received and the defect is verified.
